Picanha, otherwise known as Wagyu Rump Cap, is truly an exquisite treat that more than deserves its place among more popular cuts.


The cows roam free on the vast Australian pastures, grazing on nourishing grass and blends of grain to produce deep intramuscular marbling, signature tenderness, and a juicy steak, every time.


Cut from the top of the hindquarter of the cow the rump cap is naturally a little firmer compared to more tender cuts like fillet or ribeye. Don't be dissuaded though, it still packs a punch of succulent flavours.
